Our Commitment
We want you to feel confident in choosing our programmes. We offer a fair refund policy that respects both your investment and our service delivery.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available if requested within 14 calendar days of purchase for unopened or unaccessed digital products. For coaching programmes, refunds are available only if no sessions have been conducted.
Refund Process
To request a refund, email info@glowhip.shop with your order details. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
One-on-one coaching sessions that have been conducted, attended workshops, and downloadable materials that have been accessed are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Programme cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Rescheduling
Sessions can be rescheduled at no cost if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur fees.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if access was granted or if significant use occurred. The Australian Consumer Law may provide additional rights.
